Universidad Tecmilenio will process personal data of Participants, who are called those who attend the event.

Likewise, we inform you that in order to fulfill the purposes described in this privacy notice, sensitive personal data, which require special protection, will not be processed. We inform you that the processing of said data is necessary to comply with the obligations derived from the legal relationship between you and Universidad Tecmilenio, which is why your consent is exempted.

Primary Purpose

Universidad Tecmilenio will process your personal data for the following primary and necessary purposes:

To manage your participation in the Wellbeing 360 face-to-face and / or virtual event.
To provide technical assistance if you request it.
Attend, process and follow up on your requests for information, comments and suggestions about the services we offer.
To record memory or summaries, of the face-to-face and / or virtual Wellbeing 360 event. In order to document the participations and presentations and prepare informative material, for dissemination and / or promotional purposes in different physical communication media and / or electronic, including official media and official social networks of Universidad Tecmilenio and the Instituto de Ciencias del Bienestar y la Felicidad.
To grant proof or recognition of participation in the face-to-face event and / or virtual Wellbeing 360.
In case of carrying out the event in person, preventive actions of admission to the Wellbeing 360 event will be taken care and mitigation of health emergencies, COVID-19 and / or other diseases, as well as to guarantee the health of the people who are in the facilities and / or third parties.

We inform you that you cannot oppose Universidad Tecmilenio to cease the processing of your data for the primary and necessary purposes mentioned above, by virtue of the fact that the treatment is necessary to fulfill obligations derived from the event Wellbeing 360 from Universidad Tecmilenio.

Secondary purposes

In addition, if you do not object, Universidad Tecmilenio will process your personal data for the following additional purposes that are not necessary for the requested service, but that allow and facilitate better service:

To send you promotional information about courses, diplomas, seminars, symposia, extra-academic workshops, events and add them to the Institute of Happiness Sciences newsletter.
For the application of surveys of the conferences and the virtual event Wellbeing 360
For the application of surveys and evaluations to improve the quality of the products and services we offer.
To promote academic life, research, extension, sporting, cultural, recreational and social events carried out by "Universidad Tecmilenio".
