I took my first yoga class at the age of 24 and from there I took classes intermittently for the following years. In 2016 I decided to create a teacher training in the yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh, India. From that point on, my personal practice has been mainly Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
I have 500 hrs. of certification by Yoga Alliance and I have had the luck of being able to practice hand-to-hand with Sharath Jois, grandson of Pattabi Jois, who is the greatest authority in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method, at his institute in Mysore, India.
Yoga changed my life because, apart from being a tool that reduces the stress levels, improves sleep, and keeps the body in shape, it provides a sense of inner calm and connection with your body, with your mind, with the present and with all the beings that surround me.

We have lived in 2 countries, 5 cities, and 10 homes since my son was born four years ago. I cannot deny all these changes were challenging.
Investing in myself and attending worldwide events and courses from Tony Robbins, Brendon Burchard, and many other international mentors and coaches have helped me enjoy the beautiful state I decided I want.
I founded TheHappyRs, where we believe happiness and sustainability MUST be simple enough to ENJOY!
I obtained my certification as a Happiness Coach, and I have been accepted to the Masters in Environmental and Management program at a Canadian University.
I am grateful to ignite joy with simple, scientifically-based tools through workshops and coaching to help my clients LIVE by caring about our purpose, people, planet, and prosperity.

Since I was a child, I have always enjoyed manual activities. I loved knitting, drawing, sewing, and painting pottery. I always saw it as a hobby, but I would not have imagined that later on it would be my business.
I am a Psychologist with a Masters’ degree in education. I was a teacher of professional and high school for 10 years of my life, teaching courses from entrepreneurship to ethics and values.
When I became a mom, I took a break from my career to dedicate to my children full time, but I have been very restless all my life and started baking cookies for my son to take to school on special occasions.
Little by little, I improved my technique and when my second daughter was born, my third child arrived too (I call him Butter); thus, I opened my cookie website in my social networks.

Ruby Vizcarra is a 27-year-old Mexican model, actress and activist for the inclusion of albino people in the country.
The color of her skin has marked her life from the very first moment. When she was born, a news item appeared on television with the headline: "A very white girl was born to a brown-skinned couple". At school, she was the only person with skin like hers. Her classmates asked her why she was like that, why was she so white? Some said she was sick, that she was contagious.
For a while, Ruby tried to look more "normal," wearing makeup to hide the whiteness of her skin, but after years of feeling left out, she discovered that the best way to feel good was to be herself.
She learned about her condition and knew she was not the only Mexican albino facing a difficult situation. Today, she leads Movimiento Albino Latino, an organization that connects people with albinism throughout the country, offering them information, support and, above all, the support of knowing they are not alone.
She has been an education professional for 25 years. She began her teaching career as an elementary, undergraduate and graduate teacher. Passionate about teaching, but above all about transcending in the lives of her students.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and a Master's degree in Education from Texas A&M University. She appreciates any opportunity that allows the practice of values such as respect, responsibility and equity on a daily basis.
She has a Diploma in Educational Counseling that has allowed her to promote autonomy for the development of life skills in her students. Certified in Positive Psychology by TecMilenio and Diploma in Educational Innovation by Tec de Monterrey.
All this academic preparation has allowed her to implement changes or adjustments in the teaching practice that allow an impact not only in academics but also to generate a safe school community.
